Libra Advisory Group aims to be at the cutting edge of the international debate on issues affecting security, justice, conflict and development, including security and justice sector reform (SJSR). We believe in applying the most up-to-date thinking in our field work, and in using the lessons learned from our field experience to inform the academic understanding of security and development.

The Libra Knowledge Network is a community of practioners and academics which contributes to the policy development and research in security, justice, conflict and development. You will find the Libra Knowledge Network's papers, reports and reviews on this site, as well as records of the regular Libra Knowledge Network invitation-only meetings which bring together cutting-edge thinkers to discuss pressing security, justice and development themes.
